Day to Day:

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Technical Writer to join their Change Management team. This team plays a crucial role in communicating organizational changes resulting from the migration from an existing ERP system to SAP. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for documenting and refining processes from legacy ERP systems and developing new training materials for the company-wide SAP implementation.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience as a technical writer
• Proficiency in SAP
• Experience in building materials or manufacturing (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities:

• Documenting and refining processes
• Creating new training materials for a company-wide SAP implementation
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams, team leads, and SMEs to understand processes
• Utilizing Visio, PowerPoint, SAP, and other internal platforms

$30/hr to $55/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
