Job Description:

Desired Candidate Profile –

• Passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good technical skills and understanding of product release life cycle.
• Ability to quickly learn, multi-task and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm, commitment, initiative, collaboration, and creativity.
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
• Experience explaining complex topics to a novice audience
• Experience in designing and developing training materials in all modalities, including ILT, e-learning, video
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, front-line managers, and front-line employees
• Knowledge of software development using any stack is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities –

• Develop and deliver training programs on EdgeVerve offerings
• Create training materials including presentations, videos, & documentation
• Train clients and internal employees on EdgeVerve Products
• Develop training use cases based on industry requirements

Key Skills –

• Basic understanding of Office 365 suite
• Efficient skills on Microsoft PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Camtasia or any other video editing tools
• Understanding of SaaS platforms
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

Basic understanding of Linux and Server-Side Administration
