We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to develop and deliver training programs on various technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, actionable learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging technical training programs.
• Design training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
• Conduct in-person training sessions for College Students
• Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously enhance training programs.
• Collaborate with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to customize training modules.
• Support learners with post-training guidance, resources, and troubleshooting.
• Utilize LMS (Learning Management Systems) or other e-learning tools to track training progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in technical training or software development.
• Proficiency in one or more technologies (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Software Development, Data Science, Networking, etc.).
• Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Hands-on experience with technical tools, coding languages, or IT frameworks.
• Ability to design engaging, interactive learning experiences.
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Google Cloud Instructor, or others are a plus.
