Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical System Administrator/EUC L2 Engineer, located in Athens. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support, managing system troubleshooting and network administration tasks, troubleshooting, and ensuring network security. The chosen candidate will work closely with Premium/VIP Users and various teams to maintain and improve IT infrastructure in healthcare sector.

Qualifications

• System Administration and Network Administration skills
• Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support.
• Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Mac devices setup.
• Strong Network Security knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the global premium team.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL/CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, or similar are a plus
