Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and issue resolution across systems, networks, and cloud platforms
  • Assist with system integration, infrastructure deployment, and operational readiness
  • Support and monitor data center operations including server health, networking, and backups
  • Collaborate with cross-regional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure or service disruptions
  • Document technical procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting guides
  • Maintain compliance with internal IT policies and industry best practices


Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Min. 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in System integration, Cloud services (such as AWS, Azure, or equivalent), Data center or infrastructure support
  • Strong understanding of networking, virtual environments, and IT security best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
