To strengthen our team in New Delhi we are currently looking for a

Technical Support & Application Engineer

What's it all about?

• You will handle repairs and calibrations for OMICRON's products when required
• You will be the direct contact for our existing customers and handle technical support and application queries for our products
• You will assist clients in the practical application and integration of tests and troubleshoot technical problems for customer and sales support
• You will support the marketing & sales activities of OMICRON by actively performing on-site sales demos, participating in trade shows, user meetings and workshops
• You will develop and deliver training for OMICRON's products, both in person and with webinars.
• You will support regional application specialists and product management with ideas to improve innovative solutions
• You will document and observe customer and market requirements to further develop our products
  
  

What are we looking for?

• You have completed your education in electrical engineering and already gained experience in the power industry
• You see your challenge in the analysis and the solving of customer requests
• You are a good team player but also able to work independently
• Communication and organizational skills are among your strengths
• You have a very good knowledge of English and Hindi
• You are willing to relocate to New Delhi and work in our office there
