Job Description:

• Develop technical troubleshooting protocols for battery systems, motors, and electronic components
• Monitor product quality metrics and identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze failure patterns and coordinate with engineering for solutions
• Implement quality control procedures for EV components
• Resolve escalated technical support cases
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to technical inquiries
• Translate complex technical information into accessible language for customers

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar position, experience in EV will be an advantage
• Speak English
• Willing mobile work
