Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences), or international equivalent, with +2 years of prior experience in a technical role within the pharmaceutical or related industry is preferred.
Master’s degree or higher, in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology), or international equivalent.
Basic understanding of product development processes, critical process parameters, and formula development is desirable.
Familiarity with scaling up products from lab-scale to commercial production is a plus.
Knowledge of technology transfer activities is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Other languages are a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn and grow within the Technical Services function
