Requirements :

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3)
• At least 3 years of experience in B2B HVAC sales
• Familiar with handling large-scale projects or tenders
• Basic understanding of Mechanical systems, Cooling/Refrigeration, and Electrical Industry
• Active, confident, and effective communicator
• Independent and self-assured personality
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Able to work under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Present HVAC products to corporate clients
• Expand the market in Jakarta areas
• Promote HVAC products to B2B/corporate clients
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients and dealers
• Provide effective technical solutions tailored to client needs
• Plan optimal sales strategies based on channel analysis (accounts, districts, products)
• Build trust and teamwork with channel accounts to maximize revenue and profit
• Execute sales strategies to meet targets through close cooperation with channel partners
