Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the logistics and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. This is an on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales (Air and/or Ocean)
• Strong knowledge of logistics and international trade terms
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)
• Strong customer focus with a proactive problem-solving attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
