Territory Sales - Civil Construction Technology

Location: Remote from home in New York

Salary: Base: $90,000 - $100,000 + Commission = OTE ($150,000 - $160,000+)

Pivotal opening in a rich territory for a sharp, technical professional in cutting-edge civil construction technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Set appointments within the territory, conducting 'lunch and learn' presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial, industrial & municipal construction industries.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports, analyses & forecasts to senior management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in: Civil Engineering or Construction Technology, Construction Management.
• Schedule your own day travel by car, 25%-50% of the time with 2-6 overnights per month, you'll plan around your own schedule. Receive a monthly vehicle stipend and expenses.
• 2+ years of work in the industry, ideal if you're working in transportation or related heavy earthwork construction.
• Ideal if you have your EIT, PE or related technical sales experience with construction products, calling on contractors, DOT, State and local municipalities, AEC firms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and anticipate customer needs.
• Familiarity with lead generation strategies and customer relationship management techniques.
