Job Title: Capital Improvement Construction Project Manager If interested, please apply directly or email your resume to *[email protected]* Job Description * We are seeking a construction project manager. * This role involves managing several complex facilities and process-related projects, including HVAC and utilities projects, biologics cell culture and purification upgrades, cryogenic storage capacity projects, and laboratory and building infrastructure renovations. Responsibilities * Manage several complex facilities and process-related projects including new facilities, major plant additions, reliability, and retrofit projects. * Coordinate projects with site Operations, Laboratory, Maintenance, Calibration, Validation, Automation, and Facilities departments from project initiation to closure to ensure all systems are designed, constructed, and documented properly. * Scope projects based upon client's requirements, obtain budget estimates, create and present capital funding requests, and develop project schedules. * Understand facilities and building activities and functions including utilities infrastructures such as compressed air, nitrogen generation, cold rooms, dehumidification, deionized water, sterile water/water for injection systems, process piping/flow, production and building system automation, HVAC systems, utility instrumentation, etc. * Knowledge of laboratory, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, and utility plant design/construction drawing requirements. You will be working with the General Contractor on site as well as numerous other subcontractors Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $67.30/hr.
