Our client, a multidisciplinary AECM firm with a vast East Coast presence, is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager. This would be a full-time, W-2 position working for their firm based in the Auburn area. This role will also require travel to worksites occasionally, as needed.

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience overseeing complex, multi-phase construction and rehabilitation projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction management practices, especially for large-scale projects exceeding $15 million. This role demands strong organizational skills, technical expertise in civil engineering and construction codes, and the ability to manage multiple project sites.

Salary Range: $129 - $139k

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large-scale construction projects from inception through completion
• Coordinate inspection requirements across multiple trades
• Ensure adherence to safety, building codes, and project specifications
• Manage construction schedules, resources, and budgets
• Perform site visits across multiple project locations
• Work flexible or alternate hours as needed to support project timelines

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience on large construction projects valued above $10 million
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on construction projects valued above $15 million
• OSHA 30 Certified – Must possess a current OSHA 30 certification
• Strong civil engineering background, including trade inspection requirements
• Knowledge of construction codes (preferred but expected for success in the role)
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at different locations
• Valid driver’s license – Occasional regional travel required
• Availability to work alternate hours as needed based on project demands
• Proficiency in: Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Scheduling applications (e.g., MS Project or similar tools)
