We are hiring!

We're looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Greek team and drive growth in the industrial sector of the West Attica region.


🔑 As a Sales Engineer, your key duties will be to: 


  • Reactivate and engage existing clients from our database
  • Identify and develop new accounts using a value-based sales approach, focusing on heavy industry and non-food sectors
  • Focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships by offering tailored solutions, technical expertise and ongoing support
  • Demonstrate Interflon technology in specific applications, presenting solutions to client challenges and supporting them in achieving their plant objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meeting and exceed sales targets and KPIs.


What we’re looking for:


✅ A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a technical background as a mechanical technician/engineer with practical experience in selling technical products, solutions, or services

✅ Proven B2B sales experience (minimum 5 years), preferably in technical consumables.

✅ A strong, self-motivated personality with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets and a passion for continuous learning

✅ Excellent prospecting skills to develop new client accounts and grow existing ones

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

✅ Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
