Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage various strategic projects within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in managing complex initiatives across multiple teams. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of a diverse set of projects ranging from process optimizations, client relations, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Zoho CRM & People Implementation: Lead the successful transition and implementation of Zoho Recruit, and the Zoho People integration. Coordinate training, onboarding, and support for teams.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, and ISO certification, ensuring a secure and trustworthy platform for users.
• Data Management & Uploads: Supervise the execution of data uploads, including the master data upload for the portal, and other client-related processes.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Develop and manage key performance metrics such as days to hire, finance reporting, and ongoing project tracking to monitor success and make recommendations for future initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and external vendors, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about project status and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably with exposure to SaaS, CRM systems, and process automation.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of system integrations, automation (via HubSpot, Xero, Zoho, etc.), and CRM platforms.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify challenges, devise practical solutions, and ensure smooth execution of complex projects.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage multiple teams and client-facing stakeholders.
• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Compliance & Security: Knowledge of relevant data privacy and security standards (e.g., ISO, InfoSec compliance).
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, particularly in billing, reporting, and system updates.
• Tools & Systems: Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello), CRM platforms (Zoho People & Zoho Recruit is a must), and finance tools (Xero, Stripe).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zoho People & Zoho Recruit: Prior experience working with Zoho systems will be highly beneficial.
• Technical Background: Knowledge of webhooks, API integrations, and data management processes.
