Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Cleared as Fit to Work
• Negative PCR Test Require skills/abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, to guide project execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and company requirements.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to financial constraints. Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget effectively while minimizing impact on project objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, regulatory documentation & requirements, meeting minutes and other documentary requirements related to project.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
• Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues within the team, contractors, vendors promptly and effectively to maintain project momentum.
