KEY SUCCESS FACTORS (top 3 must haves)
Extensive Project Management Experience (7–10 years):
Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-scale projects from initiation through delivery.
Experienced in managing budgets, timelines, resources, and risk across cross-functional teams.
Strong command of project governance, documentation, and reporting practices.
Expertise in Stakeholder Engagement within Complex Structures:
Skilled at building trust and alignment across multiple layers of leadership, including legal, technical, and vendor teams.
History of navigating matrixed organizations and driving consensus on critical issues.
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing executive-level communications and reporting on high-visibility initiatives.
Agile Development & Enterprise Transformation Experience:
Deep understanding of Agile principles, ceremonies, and metrics in enterprise environments.
Successful track record of managing 3–4 full-lifecycle development projects concurrently.
Adept at leading agile teams through rapid iteration, change management, and continuous delivery.
Experience aligning Agile practices with enterprise transformation goals and delivery expectations.
NICE TO HAVES
Experience with Salesforce implementation, particularly using Jira for project tracking.
Engineering background to better interface with technical teams.
Legal experience, enabling deeper understanding of the domain and requirements.
