Position: Technical Project Manager

Experience: 10 - 15 years

Location: Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies across project teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as PI planning, backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint demos, and retrospectives.
• Need experience in any of the programming language like Java / .Net /JavaScript / Frontend.
• Oversee project teams, providing guidance, removing impediments, and ensuring team accountability for commitments.
• Maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices, utilizing tools for effective project execution.
• Engage in hands-on coding and provide technical leadership to enhance team capabilities.
• Manage project financials, including account profitability, revenue, and margins, and provide regular progress and metric reports.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Competency in leading projects using Agile methodology, including extensive knowledge of Scrum practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive team performance and project success.
