JOB TITLE: Tech PM – Production Support

Shift - 24*7 Rotational Shift

Work Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead 24/7 production support for mission-critical applications.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Ensure services meet SLAs.
• Oversee and improve service delivery processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement service improvements.
• Coordinate project teams and service providers.
• Ensure team training and resource adequacy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Implement best practices in application lifecycle management.
• Develop automation tools to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze performance metrics for optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshooting.
• Address potential issues to prevent downtime.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
• Familiarity with APM/observability tools (Newrelic, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk).
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.

Qualifications Required:

• 12-15 years of IT experience with Java Web/Enterprise projects.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 6-8 years managing production support in a 24/7 model.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to drive discussions with senior leadership.
• Lead value-add initiatives within the support organization.
• Preferably ITIL certified.
