Deployment

  • Own and manage the end-to-end deployment process for all CRM and lifecycle marketing communications across email, push, in-app, and other owned channels;
  • Build and enforce structured QA protocols—covering audience logic, content rendering, link functionality, suppression rules, compliance, and device testing;
  • Manage deployment team capacity by balancing incoming demand with available resources, setting clear expectations with stakeholders, and communicating timelines or trade-offs proactively;
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the deployment workflow; simplify and standardize how work gets from brief to launch;
  • Implement and manage campaign request intake, approval workflows, and sprint planning across cross-functional teams;
  • Translate briefs and campaign strategies into detailed execution plans with clear milestones, owners, QA steps, and launch timelines;
  • Partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Legal/Compliance, Creative, and Engineering to coordinate campaign timing, sequencing, and dependencies;
  • Track executional health and report out on delivery accuracy, error rates, and opportunities for process improvement.

Marketing Technology

  • Operationalize the long-term MarTech vision by aligning workstreams, priorities, and resource planning to ensure steady, strategic progress toward that north star;
  • Support the planning and execution of MarTech initiatives related to platform configuration, tagging, segmentation, and data enablement;
  • Collaborate with MarTech stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and track progress on tooling enhancements and integrations;
  • Communicate engineering resource needs by providing clear documentation, business cases, and technical context required by cross-functional stakeholders to secure prioritization and allocation;
  • Drive clear and transparent communication around MarTech plans, priorities, needs, and progress with key marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and surface dependencies early;
