Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong software development background and deep understanding of
Radio Access Network (RAN) technologies to support its next-generation network initiatives. As part of the RAN Strategy team, you will play a key role in delivering complex, high-impact programs that span across software systems, network platforms, and architecture modernization efforts.
This role is ideal for a
hands-on, technical leader with strong investigative skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a solid understanding of
networking and
telecom systems—including a passion for innovation in the
ORAN space.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership:

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps
Technical Oversight
- Leverage your telecom software development expertise to support technical design, system integration, and testing strategies
- Identify risks, gaps, and technical dependencies; proactively drive mitigation and cross-team alignment
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the technical point of contact for cross-functional teams, including network operations, R&D, and vendors
- Support the Director of RAN Strategy in translating evolving architecture needs into actionable programs
Exploration & Innovation
- Conduct technical investigations and market scans to evaluate emerging technologies and vendors (e.g., ORAN platforms, automation tools)
- Recommend solutions that align with our clients’ architectural goals and operational requirements
Required Experience & Skills
- 7+ years in technical program/project management roles within telecom or networking environments
- Strong background in software development related to network systems or RAN platforms
- Deep understanding of RAN architecture, LTE/5G technologies, and mobile network infrastructure
- Experience with networking protocols, systems integration, and distributed systems
- Technically hands-on – able to read/write code, evaluate APIs, or engage meaningfully in system design conversations
- Excellent problem-solving and investigation skills – thrives in ambiguous or emerging technology spaces
- Strong communicator and collaborator
Bonus Qualifications
- Exposure to Open RAN (ORAN) architecture, vendors, or implementation projects
- Experience working with cloud-native network functions (CNFs) or virtualized network functions (VNFs)
- Familiarity with vendor ecosystems (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Mavenir) and open networking standards
