We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Project/Program Manager with of experience leading high-impact programs, driving AI-powered initiatives, and collaborating across technical and business teams. Brings a strong track record of executing AI strategies from research through commercialization, particularly within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) domain. Known for translating complex technical challenges into actionable plans, fostering team alignment, and enabling scalable innovation. Combines data-driven decision-making, inclusive leadership, and deep AEC domain knowledge to lead transformative programs at the intersection of technology and design.

Rephrased Responsibilities

• Collaborate with AEC Generative AI leadership to shape and execute the organization’s AI vision and roadmap.
• Ensure seamless task coordination, regular progress tracking, and proactive stakeholder communication.
• Lead strategic, cross-functional projects that align AI initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning by facilitating knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and skills development initiatives.
• Anticipate and manage potential bottlenecks, drive timely escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Simplify technical concepts to support informed decisions across product, engineering, design, and research teams.
• Communicate program progress effectively to audiences at all levels, from individual contributors to executives.
• Establish and refine organizational processes to support consistency and operational efficiency.
• Oversee updates and accuracy of design-related documentation and resources.

Minimum Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in program management and strategic planning roles.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or related technical fields.
• Practical experience applying AI technologies in commercial products.
• Demonstrated success leading products from research to market launch.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on inclusive and collaborative decision-making.
• Experienced in managing cross-disciplinary teams with an empowering leadership style.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Familiarity with the AEC industry, including industry-specific software and data standards.

• A business degree is a plus.
