Meta is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the evolution of its state-of-the-art cloud-scale infrastructure. With a vast physical footprint and support for a wide range of products and services, Meta's infrastructure is undergoing a major transformation-streamlining the developer experience, optimizing efficiency at scale, and supporting cutting-edge web and AI workloads. As a TPM focused on software engineering investments within core infrastructure, capacity, and efficiency teams, you will play a key role in this transformation. Partnering closely with engineering, product, and cross-functional teams, you will identify technical challenges, develop roadmaps, scope programs to align with business priorities, establish milestones and success metrics, and lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives to successful completion.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience. 12+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management. Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery, with an understanding of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope. Experience working self-sufficiently across multiple teams, demonstrating critical thinking and providing thought leadership. Experience in communicating and collaborating with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products. Experience in organizational coordination and building work relationships across multidisciplinary teams and partners in different time zones. Experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving for large-scale systems, such as cloud-scale storage systems.
