Overview Our client is a well-established SaaS/FoodTech company with global headquarters in Taipei. Due to business expansion, they are seeking an Technical Program Manager to join the team and drive new initiative for new business. This role requires relocation to Taipei. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll play a crucial role in managing partner integrations while working closely with the engineering team. This position combines technical expertise with project management skills to ensure successful partner implementations. What You Will Do Monitor and optimize partner integration performance using metrics-driven approaches Own and enhance our product's partner integration capabilities Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in an Agile environment Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables What You Will Need 5+ years of software project management experience in Agile environments 2+ years experience with user-facing applications Strong technical background with understanding of RESTful APIs and webhooks Proficiency in project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, LEAN) Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin Experience with tools including GitHub, CircleCI, Slack, Asana, Mixpanel, Intercom, and Kibana
