Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, digital, and enterprise IT. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, seasoned in agile development environments, and capable of managing multiple technical teams while ensuring alignment to strategic business goals. A background in software engineering and program delivery is essential, and experience in payments or e-commerce is a strong plus.
This individual will own the end-to-end lifecycle of programs—defining roadmaps, coordinating execution, tracking risks and issues, and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
