Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced React.js Team Lead to head our frontend development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and delivering high-quality user interfaces, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of React.js developers in planning, designing, and implementing web applications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver intuitive and responsive solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Manage project timelines, delivery milestones, and resource allocation.
• Mentor junior developers and support team growth through technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in frontend development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in frontend development with at least 3 years in React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend tools.
• Expertise in state management libraries like Redux, Context API, etc.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, version control systems (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with frontend performance optimization and debugging tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or React Native is a plus.
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Previous experience in leading frontend teams.
