Triveni IT is seeking highly experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Delivery Leads with 10-12 years of experience to lead complex IT projects, collaborating directly with clients and teams in the US. This role will involve managing end-to-end project delivery, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring client satisfaction while interacting with US teams. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring timely and effective project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Execution:

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring timely, within budget, and high-quality execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with US-based clients and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, establish milestones, and ensure resource allocation to meet project goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Client Interaction & Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for US clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring successful delivery of the projects.
• Regularly interact with clients to provide project updates, discuss project scope changes, and align expectations.
• Conduct status meetings, presentations, and discussions with US teams and clients to communicate project progress and resolve any issues.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of developers, technical architects, and business analysts to achieve project objectives.
• Collaborate with US-based teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on technical requirements, deliverables, and timelines.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, effective problem-solving, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Project Planning, Monitoring & Reporting:

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor and track project progress against timelines and budget, identifying and addressing any potential delays or cost overruns.
• Prepare and deliver periodic reports to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and milestones.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution:

• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure minimal disruption to project delivery. o
• Quickly address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including technical, operational, and client-related challenges.

Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight:

• Overseas the quality of all project deliverables, ensuring that technical solutions meet both client specifications and Triveni IT’s quality standards.
• Review code, technical designs, and architecture to ensure that the solutions meet industry standards and best practices.
• Ensure that appropriate testing, validation, and deployment procedures are followed to guarantee solution stability and scalability.

Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes. o
• Promote best practices within the team to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance overall project quality. o
• Lead post-project reviews, collecting feedback from clients and teams to refine processes and enhance future delivery.

Budget & Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and cost overruns are avoided.
• Optimize resource utilization to ensure projects are adequately staffed while managing competing project priorities.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 10-12 years of experience in managing the technical delivery of IT projects, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Skills:

• Proven experience managing complex IT projects with US-based clients.
• Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development, systems integration, and IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a global context.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with US-based clients and teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar tools. o Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of various programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) and development frameworks.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of enterprise-level systems, architecture, and security standards.
