We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Lead – Architecture to join our team. This role is ideal for a technically strong architect who excels at translating design intent into buildable solutions, while managing the delivery process across multiple projects.

• Lead technical detailing and finalization of structural, MEP, GFCs, tender drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success.
• Supervise junior architects; review and approve all project deliverables for quality and technical accuracy.
• Integrate design with technical execution, resolving details creatively and efficiently.
• Plan and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery in coordination with design leadership.
• Participate in refining SOPs and mentoring team members.

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in architectural project execution and technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in design and technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, BIM tools).
• Excellent coordination, communication, and team management skills.
• Solid knowledge of building codes, byelaws, materials, and construction methods.
