Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:
Lead a team of DevOps engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Drive the technical vision for cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Cloud Architecture & Management:
Develop and maintain comprehensive cloud architecture on AWS, focusing on best practices for security, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Oversee the configuration and management.
CI/CD Pipeline Implementation:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness and other relevant tools to streamline and automate deployment processes.
Ensure high availability and reliability of deployment pipelines and production environments.
Monitoring & Incident Management:
Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Data dog and AWS Cloud Watch to maintain system health and performance.
Lead incident response efforts, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime for critical systems.
System Performance & Optimization:
Conduct regular performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of infrastructure resources.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and issues in the cloud architecture.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices, implementing security measures across all cloud environments.
Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments, applying remediation strategies as needed.
