This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Lead AI/ML located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Technical Lead AI/ML will be responsible for overseeing the technical direction of AI/ML projects, developing and deploying machine learning models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role involves hands-on coding, guiding junior team members, conducting technical reviews, and ensuring best practices in AI/ML development are followed.

• Proficiency in Machine Learning algorithms, Data Analysis, and Model Development
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, and Java
• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure) and experience in deploying AI/ML models on cloud
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Leadership experience, including mentoring junior staff and leading technical projects
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the software development lifecycle, including DevOps (CI/CD) practices, is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
