About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and driven Tech Lead to join our dynamic team in Chandigarh. As a Tech Lead, you will oversee technology strategy, guide technical implementation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build innovative products leveraging Node.js, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, MySQL, and Vue.js.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Node.js and AWS Lambda.
• Design and optimize database schemas in MongoDB and MySQL for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to implement robust, responsive applications using Vue.js.
• Conduct regular code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
• Translate business and product requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for scalability and efficiency.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance our technology stack and products.

Who You Are:

• Engineering graduate (B.Tech/B.E.) in Computer Science or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Extensive experience with Node.js, AWS Lambda, MongoDB, MySQL, and Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a team-oriented environment.
• Passionate about technology, coding best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in fintech domain or have had led independent product development.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
