About The Role

We’re hiring a Technology Delivery Lead (ETL-AWS) to oversee technical engagements for a leading financial services organization based in Toronto. This contract opportunity enables you to work on innovative technology projects, leveraging your expertise in AWS and ETL technologies. You’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and lead the delivery of transformative projects in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery teams through all project phases: strategy, design, build, testing, and production implementation
• Provide technical design guidance and solutions leveraging AWS and ETL
• Communicate project progress, risks, and strategies with senior stakeholders
• Drive risk management and tracking for successful delivery
• Collaborate with onshore, offshore teams, and third-party providers while fostering a high-performing inclusive work culture
  
  

Requirements

• Must be based within a 50-mile radius of Toronto, ON, Canada
• At least 10 years of technology transformation and delivery experience
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on ETL development with AWS technology stack
• Professional exposure to consulting in Financial Services or Banking (5+ years preferred)
• Experience in integration data architecture with cloud/on-premise environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in AWS/Azure as Solution Architect or Data Architect
• Background in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Capital Markets
• Experience managing technology programs with financial oversight
