The mission of the Technical Coordinator is to: ensure compliance to the VoC procedures and technical requirements within the VoC offices globally according to SOP, technical regulations and respective standards.

The Technical Coordinator will have the responsibility to ensure compliance to both the Cotecna's QMS (ISO9001) and and also able to work along the Cotecna Compliance Code.

Main Accountabilities

• To perform technical conformity review prior to certificate issuance.
• To perform post issuance file review ensuring that requirements are met.
• To assist with preparation of training materials as required.
• To assist network offices to understand and apply requirements in the product standards.
• Perform audits when required.
• Reporting to the Senior VoC Technical Manager and VoC Technical Manager.
• Perform additional tasks delegated by the Senior VoC Technical Manager and VoC Technical Manager.
  
  

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

• Diploma or Degree in food related studies.
• Working experience in food manufacturing or food testing laboratory.
• Trained in ISO9001 auditing.
• QA/QC experience / knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PPT preferred.
• Knowledge on interpretation of Standards.
