About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Lead OR Senior Mechanical Engineers (Rotating Equipment) & Lead Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. These roles are pivotal in driving the success of our FPSO projects, from FEED through to detailed engineering and execution. The ideal candidates will lead engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements, while providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering activities related to rotating equipment.
• Oversee the design, specification, and selection of rotating machinery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Develop and review engineering designs, specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience with rotating equipment.
• Strong background in FPSO projects, FEED, and engineering.
• Proven project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
