Job Title: Technical Content Writer

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled UX/Content Writer with domain expertise and experience in teaching or training to join our team. You'll be working on key projects at the intersection of content design, product development, and technical communication-creating clear, engaging, and user-focused content in collaboration with engineers, product managers, and subject matter experts.

What You'll Do

• Plan, research, and produce content for medium-sized projects
• Create user-focused documentation and digital content in line with project goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability
• Lead content creation initiatives, coach others, and communicate complex ideas clearly
• Maintain and update existing content based on product and user feedback
• Apply your teaching experience to explain complex concepts across varied audiences

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong UX/content writing and editing skills
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex tools or domains
• Experience working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams
• Teaching, training, or instructional experience is highly desirable
• Proficient in planning content aligned with user needs and business objectives
• Experience with content publishing tools, style guides, and documentation platforms
