Summary

What you'll do:

  • Create whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, and other technical documentation
  • Translate complex product requirements documents into clear content for a variety of audiences
  • Gather and validate technical information with SMEs, product strategists, and key stakeholders


What we're looking for:

  • At least three years of experience in technical content creation, particularly ebooks and whitepapers
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Knowledge of observability/cloud monitoring - advantage
  • Strong creative writing, editing, and research skills
  • Experience working alongside designers to facilitate the creation of supplemental illustrations - advantage
