Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in bridging the gap between IT and the business, ensuring that the technical solutions meet business needs effectively. This on-site position in India demands a keen analytical mind and excellent communication skills.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Design and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet needs.
  • Provide support to project management teams during the software development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Develop process flow diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the preparation of project status reports.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems and processes.
  • Maintain effective communication between business and technical teams.
  • Gather and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and project lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with software development processes.
  • Knowledge of database management and data modeling.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA are a plus.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Understanding of technical documentation standards.
