About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with experience in AI-based projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, a good understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), and a proven ability to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and QA, to ensure the

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions.
• Create detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and system specifications.

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in Technology (BTech) or equivalent.
• 4+ years of total experience, including:
• At least 2 years of hands-on coding experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in AI-based projects.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with technical and non-technical :
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and other project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
