Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Create and structure clear and concise technical requirements.
• Design innovative, end-to-end technical solutions, (with strategic recommendations to deliver outcomes).
• Manage precise documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish project implementation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication across diverse global teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.

Who You Are:

• A proactive problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• 5-10 years’ experience in finance, with at least 2 years as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Skilled in Python programming.
• Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
• Familiar with software architectures and methodologies (Waterfall/Agile).
• Knowledgeable about financial instruments (Equities, Futures, Options, Fixed Income).
• Exceptional in communication, organization, and stakeholder relationship management.
