Summary

Technical Business Analyst



My client is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support across the Digital Transformation Programme.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Organise and run workshops with stakeholders to understand and document their business processes and requirements for the projects
  • Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process maps using process mapping tools.
  • Analysis of process gaps and solution development
  • Work with internal tech teams and SMEs on capturing data mappings and data flow, ensuring the information is aligned with the expectations of the various delivery teams
  • Creating and managing user stories and their associated business requirements



Focus areas will include: CRM, MAM, Show Database and Integrations (iPaaS).



The Technical Business Analyst should have a proven track record in engaging with and managing stakeholders across different seniorities, functions and geographic territories. The role will require extensive experience working with data, capturing business processes, analysing process gaps, translating requirements into achievable deliverables and acting as the link between the users, stakeholders, developers and the programme team.



Essential Skills and Experience:



  • Experienced with the production of Business Analysis artefacts and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Business Analysis concepts & techniques.
  • Experienced with the use of process mapping tools (e.g.: SAP Signavio, Microsoft Visio, etc.)
  • Experienced with facilitating UATs with users (including the creation of test scripts & acceptance criteria and the management of issues/defects)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement & management skills (i.e.: Workshops, interviews, questionnaires, product demos, etc.)
  • Extensive experience working with relational data and databases
  • Previous experience working with Agile Methodology
  • Proven ability to gather information across multiple sources and be able to reconcile into a comprehensible format for further use by other teams involved with the delivery of the Programme.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities across different projects.
