Job Summary:

This role requires expertise in aligning solutions with business objectives, ensuring scalability, security, and performance while adhering to industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business needs.

2. Mentor and train teams to ensure continuous development of technical skills and mitigate delivery risks.

3. Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into future-proof solutions that meet client expectations.

4. Use domain/technical expertise to assess client needs, craft strategies, and deliver comprehensive solutions in line with business goals.

Required Skills:

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (APPS) - Finance & Operations (D365)

• Strong experience in solution architecture and design principles

• Ability to lead teams and manage technical delivery effectively

• Familiarity with scalable, secure, and high-performance solution design

• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in large-scale enterprise solutions and cloud technologies

• Certifications in relevant technologies and architecture frameworks
