Job Description: We are seeking a highly technical Architect specializing in the Building Envelope. This role involves detailed work on building envelopes, including quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC), reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits. The Architect will work directly with owners and architecture firms, providing expertise on projects across various sectors, including K-12 education, higher education, municipalities, and commercial work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detail-oriented work on building envelopes
• Conduct QA/QC processes
• Review submittals
• Perform site visits
• Collaborate with owners and architecture firms
• Engage with clients on K-12, higher education, municipal, and commercial projects

Qualifications:

• Licensed Architect or working towards licensure
• Strong technical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with building envelope detailing and QA/QC
• Ability to work directly with clients and project stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in K-12, higher education, municipal, and commercial projects
