Job Purpose
Our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) are responsible for day-to-day interaction with both clients who have engaged Advent One under a Managed Services Agreement as well as supporting opportunities to win new client's.
With an emphasis on the establishing relationships with key technical & business stakeholders across client organisations, the TAM will work alongside our Client Executives & Service Delivery Managers (SDMs). You'll help define and roadmap our client's future requirements and align them to Advent One service offerings. You'll be also responsible for broadening stakeholder engagement to seek opportunities for scope expansion and to foster growth within your assigned account base.
