We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to help lead the improvement of client infrastructure, ensure environments follow industry best practice, and work closely with service teams to support performance, stability, and strategic improvements. This is a customer-facing role where your technical insight and relationship-building skills will have a major impact.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Work directly with key stakeholders to develop and maintain a clear technical improvement plan
- Identify gaps in systems or processes and advise on practical improvements across cloud, infrastructure, and cyber security
- Conduct regular technical check-ins with clients to discuss upcoming changes, risks, and service quality
- Partner with support and projects teams to ensure technical consistency and high service performance
- Use client feedback and ticket trends to reduce friction and identify areas for uplift
- Act as a trusted point of contact for both internal teams and customer leads
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?
- Experience engaging technical and business stakeholders with confidence
- Strong working knowledge of Azure, networking, and endpoint management
- Ability to spot weak points in systems and recommend practical fixes
- Background in support or infrastructure delivery across multiple clients or business units
- Familiarity with risk management, escalation pathways, and service quality frameworks
- A proactive mindset and a focus on measurable results
ITS NICE TO HAVE?
- Experience in a Managed Service or professional services environment
- Exposure to standards or compliance frameworks (ISO, Essential Eight, etc.)
- Ability to build out structured improvement plans for complex environments
- Understanding of commercial impact when advising clients
- A natural ability to build rapport and maintain trust
