About the Role

A fast-growing, tech-driven organization is seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with Full-Stack MERN experience to take ownership of website development, admin panel enhancements, and mobile app integration. This is a critical leadership role, requiring an expert in scalable architecture, clean coding practices, and technical decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive high-impact projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will be overseeing a team of three developers.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead Full-Stack Development: Oversee the development and optimization of web applications, an admin panel, and mobile integrations using the MERN stack.

✅ Architect & Scale: Design robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures that support high performance.

✅ Mobile & Web Synergy: Ensure seamless interaction between the website, mobile app (Flutter), and backend infrastructure.

✅ Technical Strategy & Best Practices: Define and enforce coding standards, DevOps workflows, security protocols, and database optimizations.

✅ Mentor & Guide Developers: Provide technical guidance to a small but highly talented development team, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

✅ API & Third-Party Integrations: Manage and optimize RESTful APIs, payment gateways, messaging services, and external SaaS tools.

✅ Performance Monitoring & Debugging: Use tools like New Relic, Sentry, or Datadog to track system health and proactively resolve issues.

✅ Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and leadership teams to align tech initiatives with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

🔹 8+ years of full-stack development experience with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

🔹 Proficiency in mobile integrations, particularly with Flutter-based applications.

🔹 Strong knowledge of database management (MongoDB, Firebase, SQL/NoSQL) and scalable cloud architecture.

🔹 Expertise in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS).

🔹 Solid understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth) and cybersecurity best practices.

🔹 Experience working with admin panels, dashboards, and CMS systems.

🔹 Hands-on experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing.

🔹 Ability to manage sprints, roadmap planning, and stakeholder communications effectively.

⭐ Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, or microservices architecture.

⭐ Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup or growth-stage company.

⭐ Knowledge of AI-driven recommendation systems or analytics platforms.
