The Tech Delivery Lead is pivotal in driving the successful execution and delivery of complex technology initiatives within Customer Care & Enterprise Engineering.
This role involves leading cross-functional teams—including engineering, testing, and business analysis—to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that align with strategic business objectives and technology roadmaps. The Delivery Lead is crucial in embedding Agile and DevOps practices, ensuring operational resilience, and fostering a high-performance delivery culture.

- Drive the end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, budget, and timeframes.
- Champion Agile and DevOps practices across delivery squads, embedding continuous integration, deployment automation, and iterative value delivery.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams—including Engineers, Testers, Business Analysts —fostering
- Engage with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and Business Stakeholders to prioritise delivery pipelines, manage dependencies, and remove impediments.
- Ensure delivery quality, manage delivery risks, and support governance processes for regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
- Leverage delivery metrics, KPIs, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement in team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate with Change and Release Managers to plan and execute changes with minimal business disruption.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and delivery partners to ensure alignment with internal standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
Ideally, we're looking for the following:
Let’s look at you:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 3+ years’ experience in technical delivery or program management roles within a complex enterprise environment.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices, with proven success in leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
- Good technical foundation across infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise systems.
- Have experience managing large-scale programs, budgets, risks, and senior stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as SAFe, PMP, or Agile Delivery Lead credentials are highly regarded.
