We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Technology Delivery Lead to join a high-visibility program within a leading Australian enterprise. This role will see you managing delivery across infrastructure, applications, and deployments, while actively supporting team effectiveness, agile delivery, and release management.

You’ll be at the centre of delivery—coordinating technical teams, managing Scrum Masters, facilitating key sessions, overseeing releases, and supporting the Project Manager in infrastructure planning and execution. This role demands a hands-on leader who can navigate complexity, bring people together to solve problems, and drive delivery outcomes in a hybrid enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of features across infrastructure, applications, and deployment streams.
• Drive Agile Ways of Working across teams and the wider program.
• Manage and support Scrum Masters, and facilitate Agile ceremonies and delivery sessions.
• Own and coordinate release planning, environment readiness, and deployment execution.
• Support the Project Manager with infrastructure planning and technical delivery alignment.
• Represent delivery at CABs (Change Advisory Boards) and own change management documentation (e.g., write and submit change requests).
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve complex problems—even when no clear solution exists—by rallying the right people and leading resolution efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams, ensuring dependencies and blockers are addressed swiftly.

Experience & Knowledge

• Proven track record as a Technology Delivery Lead in complex environments.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery methods (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and leading technical delivery teams.
• Background in managing delivery across infrastructure & applications projects.
• Experience managing Scrum Masters, facilitating agile sessions, and embedding agile culture.
• Deep understanding of release processes, change management, and environment coordination.
• Exposure to complex enterprise infrastructure and ability to support infrastructure-focused initiatives.
• Experience influencing at the program level and driving broader Ways of Working improvements.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to self-manage and lead the resolution of ambiguous or complex issues by bringing together cross-functional expertise.
• Skilled in identifying delivery risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to manage and lead multiple technical workstreams, aligning them to overall delivery goals.
• Effective at promoting knowledge sharing, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Experienced in building high-performing teams (6–12 people) and fostering strong team dynamics.
