Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Analyst Team Lead to oversee our software testing efforts, manage a team of QA analysts, and ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation and manual testing, strong expertise in test management tools, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD integration. This role requires excellent leadership abilities to guide the QA team in identifying and resolving defects efficiently while maintaining best testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts, ensuring adherence to best testing practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies.
  • Manage workload distribution, ensuring timely completion of testing tasks.
  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Implement and maintain test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright).
  • Conduct functional, regression, performance, and API testing.
  • Ensure smooth test execution in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain documentation of test results, bug reports, and test coverage.
  • Track and report defects using bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-6 years of experience in manual and automation testing.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect tracking.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
  • Experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.
  • Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Tuskr.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, and Java.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
