Team Lead, Network Shift Engineer (Multiple Positions) (Los Angeles, CA)
Responsible for supervising Shift Engineers in monitoring and troubleshooting Transmission & IP network. Escalate tickets according to CTA's escalation procedures. Coordinate troubleshooting of any major network outages and chronic customer circuits fault. Collect and analyze network utilization and generate periodic network status reports. Monitor soft-switch network, identify problems, troubleshoot, analyze traffic, and network design and plan. Perform International Private Line testing and activation. Service testing and delivery.
Salary: $130,957 to $135,000
Requirements
Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications, or a related field, and two years of experience in computer and telecommunication networks.
Experience with internet protocol (IP) and transmission network.
Experience with the operation of Cisco routers and switches.
