Onsite Role

We are seeking a hands-on, personable ERP System Administrator with strong experience in Infor Syteline (version 7-10) to join our team. This role will act as a liaison between the ERP system and all levels of the organization, from upper management to general workforce. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and passionate about leveraging ERP tools to improve business operations and reporting. Experience with Mongoose, SQL, and Syteline implementation and reporting is essential, especially within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for the Infor Syteline ERP system, including reporting and user training.
• Facilitate and support Syteline system implementations, upgrades, and customizations.
• Work directly with users to develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Collaborate with business managers to perform gap analysis, define system needs, and implement ERP solutions.
• Customize forms, reports, and application logic using Mongoose and SQL.
• Conduct risk assessments and infrastructure evaluations to recommend improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party consultants as needed.
• Provide training and support for end users to enhance adoption and system effectiveness.
• Ensure systems align with industry best practices and ITIL standards.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Syteline ERP (V7–V10), ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• 2-3 years of SQL experience.
• Minimum 2-5 years of Mongoose development is highly preferred.
• Proven experience with multiple ERP implementations.
• Strong skills in ERP customization, configuration, and user training.
• Proficient in Windows Server environments (2012 or later).
• Experience with Doc-Track, Shop-Track, and Factory-Track.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework and IT best practices.
